Plans include a monthly pool of credits. Each action uses a fixed number of them, and purchased credits never expire.

## Add-ons and services

- **Dedicated IP** ($30 /month per IP): Your own sending IP with your own reputation. Recommended from about 1,000 emails a day.
- **Data retention** ($50 /month): Choose how long contents, activity and logs are kept, from 1 to 365 days.
- **Automations** (3 credits per run): Visual workflows on every plan with no subscription. Emails sent by a run use normal credits.
- **Deliverability optimization** ($299 one-time): A prepared 45-minute session with our deliverability team, based on a detailed review of your setup.

## Programs

- **Non-profit or student?**: Qualifying non-profits and students get 50% off credit purchases. Tell us about your project.
- **Refer a friend**: Give friends 5,000 extra credits every month and earn 5,000 credits plus 10% of what they buy.
- **Partner program**: Platform & Brand Partners and Affiliates earn 30% commission in the first year and 15% after that.

## FAQ

### Is Emailit really free to start?

Yes. Every new workspace starts on Free: Pay as you go with 3,000 credits every month and up to 100 emails a day, at no cost. Buy credits only when you need more.

### What are the daily sending limits?

Free workspaces can send 100 emails a day. Any credit purchase, or a Pro or Business plan, raises the limit to 5,000 a day right away. On Pro and Business it then grows automatically while your sending stays healthy, and on Pay as you go you can request a higher limit from the dashboard.

### How do credits work?

Every action uses a fixed number of credits: 1 for an API or SMTP email, 1 for a received email, 2 for a campaign email, 3 for an automation run and 5 for an email verification. Plans include a monthly pool, and you can buy extra credits at any time.

### Do credits expire?

Included plan credits refresh every month. Credits you purchase never expire and stay in your workspace until you use them.

### What happens if I send more than my plan includes?

Nothing breaks. Extra usage is covered by purchased credits at $2 per 10,000 on Pay as you go and $1 per 10,000 on Pro and Business. Auto-refill can top up your balance automatically.

### Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the billing page whenever you like. Purchased credits remain available on every plan.

### Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Contract customers can pay by invoice and bank transfer.

### Do you offer refunds?

If you are not satisfied with your first credit purchase after sending up to 1,000 emails, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.

### What do “Soon” and “Planned” mean in the comparison?

“Soon” features are in development and will ship to the listed plans in the coming months. “Planned” features are on our roadmap. Pricing for your plan will not change when they arrive.
