## FAQ

### What deliverability can I expect with Emailit?

Across all customers, about 98.5% of messages are delivered. Your own results depend on list quality and content, which is why we score content before sending and suppress bad addresses automatically.

### Do I need a dedicated IP?

Most senders do best on our pristine shared pools. A dedicated IP makes sense when you consistently send at least about 1,000 emails a day and want full control of your reputation. It costs $30 per IP per month.

### Why does Emailit require SPF, DKIM and DMARC?

Mailbox providers like Gmail and Yahoo require authentication for bulk senders, and unauthenticated mail is the fastest way into spam. Enforcing it protects you and every other customer.
