Sending limits that grow with you
Pro and Business limits now grow gradually with your sending, increase requests get a status on the dashboard, and new Pay as you go workspaces start at 100 emails a day until the first credit purchase.

- Automatic increases follow your volume: on Pro and Business the daily limit grows gradually with the volume you send, while your bounce and complaint rates stay low, a pace that warms up domains safely. The Sending Limits card shows when it last went up, or why it’s on hold.
- Requests you can follow: Request increase on the Sending Limits card asks for +5,000, +10,000 or +15,000 a day, or more, and creates a request with a status and a reply thread under Settings > Requests. You get a notification when it’s decided. You can ask once every 7 days.
- Starting limits by plan: new Pay as you go workspaces send up to 100 emails a day. Any credit purchase, an AppSumo license or a Pro or Business plan raises that to 5,000 right away. Existing workspaces keep their limits.
- Every recipient counts: SMTP now counts each recipient of an accepted message toward the daily limit, like the API, and an API request has to fit in what’s left of today’s limit.
