New billing page
Workspace billing is now part of the dashboard, with plans, credit purchases from $20 to $500, auto-refill, invoices and payment details in one place.

Workspace → Billing has three tabs:
- Workspace plan: switch between Pay as you go, Pro and Business, monthly or yearly. Set up auto-refill, redeem an AppSumo license, and manage your card, billing email and billing address.
- Billable usage: your included and purchased credits, usage per product, and Purchase for any whole-dollar amount from $20 to $500.
- Invoices: every invoice with its date, number, amount and status.
