Billing usage and credit balance fixes
The billing usage chart shows real daily usage, credit balances include all included credits, and included usage resets every month.

FixedBilling & credits
- The chart on Billable usage draws one bar per UTC day from the start of the billing period, based on actual usage.
- The credit balance in the sidebar and on the dashboard includes plan, bonus and license credits, not only purchased credits.
- Included credit usage resets every month for workspaces without a subscription.
- Invoice language options show language names, the billing address form fits its dialog, and the Custom plan is listed last.
- The separate Usage page was removed. Credits and limits are on Workspace → Billing and the dashboard.
