Automatic suppression settings and CSV import
- In Workspace → Settings → Suppressions, Pro and Business workspaces can turn automatic suppression off or choose bounces and complaints, bounces only, or complaints only. Pay as you go always suppresses bounces and complaints.
- The Suppressions list has search, filters and sortable columns.
- Import up to 10,000 suppressions from a CSV file with the columns
email,type,reason, and export your list as CSV.

When a recipient marks your email as spam and their provider reports it through a feedback loop, Emailit matches the report to the original email, sets its status to
complainedand sends anemail.complainedevent. The address is added to your suppression list as a complaint, so you don’t email it again.
