Emailit

Acceptable Use Policy

Deliverability Collaboration

Deliverability depends heavily on both the email service providers and the senders. To ensure optimal deliverability and inbox placement for all our users, we enforce specific rules and guidelines to curb practices that could harm the deliverability for everyone or are simply illegal.

Please note, certain types of email activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action. This policy outlines what is not permitted when using Emailit.

We may terminate your account at any time if these rules are violated. Depending on the situation and your willingness to cooperate, we will attempt to discuss the issue with you before taking drastic measures.

No refunds will be given for violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. Also, refunds are not available for sent emails or partially used quotas.
