How long are email logs kept?
On Pay as you go, logs and message contents are kept for 7 days and message activity for 30 days. Pro and Business keep logs and contents for 30 days and activity for 365 days. The Data Retention add-on lets you choose any window from 1 to 365 days.
Can I see why an email bounced?
Yes. The delivery timeline shows the exact SMTP response from the receiving server for every attempt, along with our bounce classification.
What does “held” mean?
Held emails scored too high in our pre-send spam check and were not delivered, protecting your reputation. Review the spam checks, adjust the content, and retry.
