Guide
Partner program
The Emailit partner program for agencies, consultants and SaaS platforms: how to apply, commission rates, payouts, client bonuses and the partner directory.
The partner program pays cash commission to agencies, consultants and platforms that bring clients to Emailit. Clients who sign up with your code also get extra credits every month. This page covers how to join, what you earn and how attribution works. For the overview, see emailit.com/partners.
Who it’s for
- Agencies and consultants who set up email for clients.
- SaaS platforms and developer tools that recommend an email provider to their users.
- Creators and educators with an audience that sends email.
If you just want to invite a few friends, use Refer a friend instead. It pays in credits, not cash.
Apply
-
Fill in the form. On emailit.com/partners, select Apply to the program and enter Company name, Website, Contact email, Logo URL and How will you promote Emailit?

Questions about your application? Email partners@emailit.com.
Your code and link
Your partner code is assigned when you’re approved, for example ACME. Share it as a link:
https://emailit.com/?ref=ACME
https://dash.emailit.com/?ref=ACMEClients can also enter the code themselves at sign-up. When they do, the form shows “Joining with” and your company name.
How attribution works
- Links save your code in the visitor’s browser for 90 days. If they later open another partner’s or friend’s link, the newer code wins.
- Codes only apply at sign-up, through your link or the Do you have a Partner/Referral code? field. An existing Emailit account can’t be attributed to you afterwards.
- Each account has at most one partner or referral code.
What you earn
| Period | Commission |
|---|---|
| First 12 months, counted from the client’s sign-up date | 30% |
| After that, for as long as the client pays | 15% |
Commission applies to payments on any workspace the client owns:
- Pro and Business subscriptions, before tax and after discounts.
- Credit purchases and auto-refills.
Add-ons, such as data retention and dedicated IPs, don’t earn commission. There are no partner tiers. Every partner earns the same rates.
Payouts
- 30-day hold. Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment, then becomes available.
- Monthly payouts. Available commission is paid out monthly once your balance reaches $100.
- Refunds. If a client’s payment is refunded, the matching share of your commission is deducted from your future balance.
For questions about your balance or payout details, email partners@emailit.com.
What your clients get
Clients who sign up with your code get a monthly bonus on the first workspace they create:
- +5,000 included credits every month on Pay as you go.
- +10,000 every month while the workspace is on Pro or Business.
The bonus shows on their WorkspaceBilling page in the Included bonus card, with your name and logo. It’s locked to that workspace and can’t be moved.
Eligibility
Sign-ups that break the program terms don’t earn commission, and the client doesn’t get the bonus. That includes:
- Signing up yourself with your own code, using your partner contact email or a login on your partner account.
- Disposable email addresses.
- Sign-ups from an IP address another Emailit account already used.
- Sign-ups from an IP address your partner account signs in from.
Partner directory
Approved partners are listed in the directory on emailit.com/partners with their name, logo, website and description. Clients use it to find agencies and platforms that work with Emailit. To update your listing, email partners@emailit.com.
FAQ
Can an existing Emailit customer start using my code?
No. Codes only apply when an account is created. Ask new clients to sign up through your link.
Do I earn commission on all of a client’s workspaces?
Yes, on payments for any workspace the client owns. The monthly credit bonus only applies to their first workspace.
Is commission calculated before or after tax?
Before tax and after discounts.
What happens after 12 months?
Your rate drops from 30% to 15% for that client and stays there for as long as they keep paying. Each client has their own 12-month window, starting at their sign-up date.
Can I manage my clients’ workspaces?
Yes. Ask the client to create the workspace and invite you, as an Admin if you manage billing. Commission comes from payments on workspaces the client owns, so a workspace you create yourself doesn’t earn commission.
